Bidra med feedbackAlthough there was a review on TripAdvisor, this restaurant does not offer gluten-free options. The service was mediocre and somewhat unprofessional. I am unable to comment on the food as I was specifically looking for gluten-free fish and chips.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and it will definitely not be my last. The staff were all wonderful and friendly, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place and already have my eyes set on what to order next time. Although, I will have to save room for dessert.
We have ordered from this restaurant before and have always been satisfied with the service. However, when my family placed an order today, we were disappointed to find that the food portions had decreased while the prices remained the same. When we requested extra sauce, we were given fewer sachets per person and were informed that we would have to pay for more. This was a disappointing experience for us and we have decided not to return to this restaurant. The staff were polite, but it seemed like they were just following the company's policies. We had hoped that restaurants would take better care of customers in the aftermath of the pandemic. Overall, a very poor experience.
Greeted at the door by a rude member of staff who did nothing to make us feel welcome. Snapped at for not having the NHS App and seemed extremely unhappy at having to take our details manually. Ordered a fruit scone which was not very pleasant, very dry with a bizarre taste. Only positive was the deluxe hot chocolate which was very nice. This place needs a more welcoming atmosphere, friendlier staff and fresher food.
Friendly staff, good menu choices and a great location overlooking the Pier. Seating available inside as well as outside.
