Bidra med feedbackPopped in for coffees with a toddler. There were 5 staff working and plenty of tables to choose from so seating with a pushchair was relaxed and easy it was 10.30am . Ordered 2 coffees (to sit in and stood waiting l was 2nd in a que of 2. Waited and waited , the customer in front also had to wait due to her order being wrong!! (she ordered 2 coffees. My order arrived in paper cups lids on?? I questioned it ? Staff 1 asked my name then asked staff 2 who asked staff 3 if l ordered to go staff 3 said no its drinks in??? If they spent more time paying attention to customers orders instead of Chatting to each other they might get something right in half the time. Some of the tables were filthy too! Not be returning
I love this Starbucks! The staff are funny and good at their jobs, the drinks are always made quickly. Really good if you’re needing a quick refresh during your shopping trip!
I am aware that we are exiting a pandemic and there are rules in place, however I have had my last ever trip to Starbucks. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I informed the extremely rude man that we would like to sit by the door as we were meeting someone and we sat at the table right next to the door. This man almost broke his neck to tell me we couldn't sit there even though there was no one else sitting nearby. He told us to move to the next table which we immediately did. He also repeated his demand that we scan the qr code even though we had already. There were no markings on the table to say we couldn't sit there, a d then he actually sat another lady in the seat where I had been sitting! My son arrived and walked beside the table where we were he did not sit down and this man came over again to say he couldn't sit there. I informed him from the outset that we were meeting someone. He told us we would have to move to another part of the shop We left our coffee and left the shop. All of this time there were people sitting in the window seats back to back no social distancing at all. Disgusting customer service.
Very poor customer service. Staff were rude about covid restrictions and made comments to the next customer about me being rude to them which wasn’t the case. When I ordered, the guy on the till started talking to someone else while I was halfway through speaking. So I had to repeat myself and he still got my order wrong. I ended up with a coconut milk latte somehow when I asked for a mocha. Then I got shouted at because I wasn’t standing exactly on the green circle placed for covid. I said sorry and the staff member then proceeded to say to the lady next in line he’s sick of dealing with rude idiots and it’s every day. I will never visit this branch again
Called here today whilst shopping I had a skinny latte and some fruit toast which is delicious the latte could have been warmer but never mind the staff were friendly
