San Lorenzo - Sunderland

The service was excellent for our birthday dinners. We had the pâté starters and Roman-style ragu for mains, both of which were delicious. Thank you for a lovely afternoon, we will definitely be returning soon!

This was our first meal out since March due to COVID-19. I was impressed by the cleanliness and attentive service of the friendly staff. The restaurant was not crowded and tables were promptly cleaned after each guest left. I felt safe and the visit was relaxing. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious!

All of my family like San Lorenzos ...the restaurant is very nice great atmosphere . The staff are very pleasant and it has a good varied menu . Good is excellent and served hot . There is a bar area which is very popular and there are parking spaces . Wheelchair friendly During the summer months there is a very pleasant seating are at the front of the restaurant . They have s good child's menu too. Well worth s visit We are booked there for New Year's Eve ...looking forward to it

San Lorenzo is situated in Harraton Village in what was The George pub. I've been here 4 times in the last 8 month. 1st for my sister baby shower where the staff were so accommodating and helped us make it a very memorable afternoon. We were in the annex section of the bar to accommodate the sheer number of us! 2nd for a girls Christmas night out in the main restaurant (a booth). 3rd and 4th because we fancied something tasty to eat. I have never been disappointed with the staff, serve, selection or quality of food received at San Lorenzo today was no exception. Didn't book but was lucky enough to get a table! They had the lunch menu on which is worth every penny. I remembered to take some photos this time. I've had a lot of different dishes from here in my 3 visits including: Bruschetta, Potato Skins and Calamari as starters. Quattro Stragoni, Diavlo and Amatriciana pizzas/pasta for mains and for desert dolce caramelo and pistachio perogi! There is parking and it has disabled access to both the restaurant and bar. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend this!
