Pizza Hut - Sunderland

I placed an order for food and was given a pick-up time of 75 minutes. When I drove to the restaurant to collect my food, I discovered that it was closed and no one was answering phone calls. The payment had already been deducted from my account, so I had to find another place to eat. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I placed an order, but two hours later I still hadn't received any food. No one was answering the phone at the restaurant, leaving my two very hungry children waiting. To make matters worse, the money was taken from my account without any food being delivered. I will never order from there again. The service was terrible. My recommendation is to support local restaurants and avoid chain establishments.

This restaurant provided us with excellent service. It was nice to see a friendly and helpful staff during difficult times. The server greeted us with a pleasant smile and helped us place our order. The pizza we ordered from Pizza Hut was delicious and prepared well. Overall, a great dining experience with friendly and attentive service.

Delicious pizzas, especially with the garlic sprinkle season on the classic crust. the kauty garlic tear and also part is delicious, and they can not beat a warm biscuit with some ice to finish a meal.
