Papajohns Pizza - Sunderland

Ordered 2 vegan pizzas, waited 45 mins to get a phonecall asking if we want dairy cheese.....no...we dont

On 30th April 2022 i ordered a pizza from Just Eat, from the Sunderland Newcastle road Papa Johns, I ordered a BBQ Chicken Classic, it took over 2 hours for it to come, it came ice cold, and the best is it didn't even have BBQ sauce on it, how's that work a BBQ chicken pizza without BBQ sauce? never had a experience this bad with papa johns before, i phoned up the store to be greeted by the manager Dave who said they would do a pizza for us to replace it when we next call to order. i did lots of swaying to convince my partner to try papa johns again after our awful experience, so i contacted the Shop on the 02nd of July to order our papa johns, to get told sorry there's nothing we can do, Dave has left the store I WILL NOT be recommending Papa Johns to Anyone ever, Papa Johns has no Quality Control or Quality Guarantee

Ordered a pizza and a drink for delivery. Estimated time. 8.30 pm. Now 10.15. Rang the shop twice. Said they are busy and short staffed, not their fault well certainly not mine. Female staff said I don’t know when it’s coming, it’s just out there. First time and last time using this Mickey Mouse outfit.

Love the pizzas from here especially the new vegan cheese and hotdog pizza. Let down by 2 points, they don't deliver to me even though I am a few mins away because the postcode goes from a SR to a NE, and sometimes the topping additions or removals are ignored. But still come here frequently because it's good food.

New management or mismanagement pizza delivered. cold and 30 minster late. back to pizza Hut or dominos for me.
