Mcdonald's Restaurants - Sunderland

I have brought my enkel to mcdonalds in the galleries. we went a (no problem) we decided to see if any were empty. an assistant went around and she said very loud to get a place before we ordered. just don't know if she was under the impression that the two girls were alone. they are finally and I stood behind them. I have the impression that their people were not approaching young people. thinks she needs customer training, how to talk to young people.

I visited today and the workers are very rude, they turned off a disabled person sitting with a walker, said the staff, we know where to put it while they dinner the staff is absolutely hopeless, not knowing how to clean a table properly after the people who have worked with people with people who have not been overcrowded

We visited barmston mac Donald’s and were welcomed by bernadette atchison. within seconds we sat, she was so beautiful to us and also to our son. she made us a fool and it really made a difference. what a nice nurse Bernadette...was she deserves so much credit. can thank her enough, the little things in life go along and be nice doesn't cost anything. we got that, thanks a lot.

We came early hours from today morning from our holiday home and after a fee hpurs sleep the children tied up a mcdonald’s. we drove to washington and realized that it looked to help, so that there was obviously a big waiting queue because...we were scattered, we just went through the drive. ordered our food with ease as always. When I collected the food, I asked the young girl if we could have tomato and Bbq sauce, she replied that it should be in the bag. once from the drive through which I opened the bag and there was no sauce in the pockets. there was still a huge snake of people who use the new scheme and a long wait for the journey through. So I went by and I called to apologize near the collection window and the same girl that gave us our food, cleaned her head out. I said there was no sauce in the bag, she stared at me, I said I could have dead and bbq with whom she didn't talk, just given me one. I asked if I had more than four of us. she took one more of each one and hit them in my hand. absolutely disgusting behavior, rude, ignorant and unprofessional. no apologies, just a bad job. not very often we eat at mcdonald’s and it will be even less now! visited in the environment, but could not see the names of the girls

Busy but the food was good. Had to wait a while to get a table. Service fine as well. Overall a good place for a quick bite of lunch.
