Bidra med feedbackI ordered a pizza and a side dish from this restaurant, but they refused to deliver it to my door. I have limited mobility and have not been refunded for the order. This is an absolutely unacceptable level of service. I do not understand why I should have to apologize for being old and having limited mobility. Despite this, they still charged me for the order and I have not received any food. This is completely unacceptable behavior.
The first time we had a problem was when they forgot to include garlic bread in our order. We called twice and a woman answered, promising that it would be delivered soon. It finally arrived after an hour, but we were not home to receive it, so she offered us a refund. When I contacted Dominos about the refund, they said it was not possible. It seems they were lying. Now, they also forgot to include our drink. The same woman assured me it would be delivered shortly, but it never arrived. Overall, not very impressed with the staff.
Small pizza joint in town. Convenient location. Fast service. Food was served piping hot and delicious. The wedges could have used a bit more time in the oven.
Went for my lunch and I only had 1 hour, it was so busy there were college students etc. And only 1 person was serving everyone AND the poor man was also preparing pizzas for deliveries! (This was about 12:30pm) I and my friend waited 40 minutes for our pizzas because the man was literally run off his feet. Please hire more staff for lunchtime shifts as this was a disgrace had to rush my food and then when I went to throw my rubbish out the bin was so full because the man didn’t have time to empty it, it was just heartbreaking to see that and I feel really sorry for him!
When this store first opened, I actually found them to be really efficient, but now they’re utterly useless when it comes to deliveries. Sometimes all will go well (hence why they get 2* instead of 1), and the delivery drivers are always really nice, but I’ve had so many things go wrong here. Firstly, I generally find them quite slow, which isn’t too bad on its own but in combination with my other complaints is very irritating. I’ve recently had a part of my order left out on two separate occasions. A few months ago my driver got lost and from leaving the store delivery took over 45 minutes (I live 10 min away); he still delivered the pizza, and as predicted, it was stone cold. For someone who hates making phone calls, it’s a nightmare. There have also been a few times where I’ve pointed out that something’s missing to the driver, but they’ll realise it’s still in their bag. Today my order was predicted to take between 25 and 35 minutes, but took an hour. On the app I noticed that the driver was driving towards me, then turned around and went back to the store. I eventually got my pizza after giving him directions as his sat nav wasn’t working. The food generally tastes the same as other Dominos stores (if you get what you order and it’s not freezing), but I wouldn’t recommend getting a delivery from this store. I feel bad giving a negative review when the staff are so nice, and obviously it’s not a world tragedy, but it’s very irksome when Dominos is so overpriced for what it is anyway.
