Very disappointed, no ventilation in hootnas very humid atmosphere. could have opened with windows or doors, but there were no windows, there was a ventilation fan, but it is now a watch! would not go back.

A visit from glasgow was recommended by a native. I was every night and it's a nice bar. bartender very helpful and also follows covid rules, which is also good to see. the table service was available. if they visit thurso, I would recommend.

Our hosts recommended this pub to us, and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere was great, with friendly and helpful staff. A special shoutout to Morag for making us feel so welcome. She recommended the live folk music evenings on Wednesdays, which made us want to come back. Despite feeling a bit nervous in crowded places, we felt very safe here with the well-spaced tables and table service. The attention to safety even extended to having to ring a doorbell for entry. Overall, we highly recommend this pub.

Kerry was absolutely brilliant, really took care of a group of seven of us. wellted that we did not book any rooms here.

I had a great experience at this pub. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which was a delightful surprise. The drink service was quick and the staff always had a smile on their face.
