Called with enquiry for Xmas. Gentleman couldn’t have been more kind or helpful and an obvious genuine dog lover.

We love the beef Sunday lunches from here always loads of well cooked food and plenty of it. So when we saw that there was going to be an afternoon tea we ordered and I’m glad we did it was such a treat tasty sandwiches lovely cakes pie and quiche. I’m sad that’s it’s now been sold I just hope the new owners can keep up the standards.

Took our Labrador to a puppy social meet, great fun and a great way for the dog to build social skill. Followed this with a hearty breakfast at a reasonable price. !00% recommend. Will definitely be back.

Breakfast here brought a real smile to my face. £5 with change back gets you 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 eggs, beans or tomato, mushrooms, hash brown, white toast and tea or coffee. It was perfect no frills. No single Lincolnshire sausage or a rash of bacon from the local pig out the back that other places charge £15 for without drinks. It was a good traditional fry up. Very friendly staff and a great menu for dogs too. Worth a visit if you are near.

Second review lovely Sunday lunches we have had 4 now and every time they were spot on and so cheap. Proper beef off a joint none of this pre sliced processed stuff
