Mac's Lounge - Sunbury

Very friendly service with a smile plus great food and coffee. love the macs breakfast board for 2, modified to our taste without a problem, after discovering the place went back an additional 2 times that week, We will back very soon

Mac's just keeps getting better. I was worried after it sold, but the changes have been subtle. There is great variety and value for money in each dish. Great coffee and tea. Always excellent service. We try and get here twice a month.

So glad we found you!. New to Sunbury and had almost given up on finding anything decent here...until we had breakfast at Mac's! Big breakfast, eggs with 5 sides- yum! My favourites are asparagus, smoked salmon, mushrooms, best potato rosti iv had and avocado. So many sides to choose from.... So tasty and generous portions! Quick breakfast delivery and good coffee too. We always say we will try smaller next time- just 3 sides but its too good a breakfast to miss the option of 5 sides. The layout or feel of the place is not great however. Noisy, it echoes I think, and not comfortable or cosy. The chairs are uncomfortable after you sit for a while. We have also noticed some staff appear to be scruffy, dirty, untidy...not quite fit for hospitality. They need to consider actions like constantly touching their bearded face, or hair, or wiping hands on the buttocks of their jeans etc. They must remember they are handling food or at least our plates and cuttlery. They also need to improve their take away service. We have seen people wait too long for their take away coffee or even leave altogether. Overall great breakfast but hopefully the staff are keen to keep improving their service, appearance and ability to please their customers in order to keep this place up there where it belongs!!

Nice place with great coffee, still always room for improvement. Service can be a bit slack and very slow. Have sat at a table for a few hours without been offered another drink or even been spoken to at all. Food is good but the menu could be made a little bigger with many more options for vegetarians, further more in this topic the staff should know a little more about the good and be able to explain it a little better, yes the menu is self explanatory but I have had a few issues around this. And They do a nice little selection of wines, nothing to fancy or expensive which is nice!

Awesome place to eat, best place in sunbury by far, big breakfast with 3 sides of bacon yes I think so
