Tim Hortons - Sunbury

After I wait for more than 3 minutes in a drive through, I finally got my sandwich. that was a croissant sandwich. but when I got it, I wondered why it looked like a crazy panini. I took a bite before I felt sick. the sausage was pink on the inside and just terrible.

They accepted my mobile order. I arrived to pick it up(after i paid) and they said they cannot make anything and did not make my order and they are closing. I did not receive any notification about it. I was told by the woman working the drive through to get my money back via the way I ordered. Then i sent in a request for my money back and tim hortons tells me to go to the store but I can’t because it’s closed. I just want my money back but i seem to need to go in circles just to get my money back since they decided not to make my food!I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed that it has been so difficult just to get my money back.

I literally just pulled off and had ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a pumpkin spice ice coffee and I received a bagel with no cream cheese on one side and the other side looked like it had cream cheese on it before but it had melted in and that's the only trace of cream cheese in it! The coffee had a little syrup in the bottom but not mixed so I mixed it and tasted it and it wasn't even close to enough to give flavor the sad part is I was thier only customer!!!! I wasted $5 won't be going back their!

Twice I have been here and ordered a plain bagel TOASTED with cream cheese, both times the bagel is not toasted and has little to no cream cheese. Not a going to use this Tim Hortons again.

Best Tim Hortons yet my coffee is always super hot and it lasts me from the time I get it to the time I get to work! Not only is there staff amazing but so are the customers. I am a Tim Hortons band and I've been to many and so far this one is my favorite!
