Culver’s - Sun Prairie

I just ordered a Hamburger and the bun was hard as a rock, seems stale. This is 3rd time I've been there and food seemed stale and hard. This is the one on main St. I will never go back. It used to be so good and fresh. Im not mad just disappointed.

It seems the salad greens in the cranberry bacon bleu salad have changed to basic head lettuce. Everything else was great.

Overpriced and as a to go order, sandwiches were sloppily put together. Only half the onion rings were properly battered and cooked and looked edible.

Dont come to this culvers past 11 if you want good service. My friends and I were greeted by Connor with a hell no and attitude. He harshly slammed the cup on the counter. Was rude and disrespectful. Other employees were fine. Will not be returning to this culvers when the East Madison Location has proved they are far kinder and understanding late at night. Thank you Connor for your great attitude(:

The best fast food.... except I wish they would bring back their fried chicken ?, not chicken strips, but your fried chicken was the best!
