Burger King - Sun Prairie

My 5yr old kid is a big fan of BK...he loves their Chicken fries.

I ordered through the drive through and they were kind, on time and food was hot.They had an extra drink and gave it to us which was amazing.We drove off and saw a mistake was made by forgetting one of the orders of chicken nuggets. But no biggie! I made a call and they put our name down on the list to come back for the rest of our order.A few days later I come back through drive through- they made the order and chipped in with free cookies and fries.Best service from staff and overall food in a long time. 10/10!Good job Burger King sun prairie!

Oredered delivery, expected food to lose some temp, so not a problem there. We ordered family bundle and didnt receive all items. My problem is that i called back and was immediately told someone would get a manager. After, currently waiting over 15 minutes and listening to staff speak amongst themselves, now 18 minutes, still noone has picked up the damn phone!!I was going to be kind but DAMN!!

We ordered door dash and we did not receive all the food we ordered. Missing two Hershey pies. Tried calling the store at least 7 times and nobody answered the phone. Now I’m out that money I spent on this order. Don’t they check the order to make sure everything is in the bag. Very disappointed Burger King. May think twice about ordering from them again.

Were really quick, nice. Hot hot food. Such a great experience I went back 3 days later. Then realized I can't do that to myself 2 times a week!Dietary restrictions: Obviously don't eat if already have digestive issues. It's not worth the price. Or is it?
