Awesome awesome awesome Mexican food. I love this place!

Very nice restaurant run by husband and wife, Jose and Maria. The shredded beef burrito with rice and beans was very flavorful and authentic tasting. The lunch specials are under $10. The restaurant was clean and service friendly and welcoming.

Love the food here!! It is very reasonably priced and the portions are large. The carne asada tacos are some of the best I've had. The meat has actual flavor and is tender not chewy. The crispy chicken tacos are so good and lots of flavor. The machaca breakfast platter is awesome and more than enough for 2 people. I'm slowly working my way through the menu and haven't had anything subpar yet. Highly recommend! This place feels/tastes like home cooking and it's so worth it. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Best Mexican food in sun city it was my first time eating at don Jose's and the food very original Mexican taste.

A great place for a authentic Mexican meal ran by a husband and wife. You can't get much better.
