Arby's - Sun City

Worst service ever! Waited 15 minutes for them to tell me to pull forward. They said that their screen is messed up and my order wasn?t even on their screen. They claimed that they?re short staffed but managed to give the people?s order who was behind us.Wouldn?t recommend going to this Arby?s unless you wanna wait 15-20 minutes. Even after they gave me my food they forgot mydrink.

The Arby's original roast beef sandwiches( I got 2 We're terrible, furthest thing from fresh. The buns were stale. Meat was old. For almost $13.00. I will never eat at Arby's again.

Tonight will be the last time I come to this Arby 's. I went through the drive through. When I got home and opened the bag the fries were completely spilled out of the container, the roast beef sandwich looked like it had been slapped together by a childwith very little meat on it, no condiments included, no napkin and the drink was so full of ice that I maybe had 10 swallows. Itseems this place has not properly trained their staff. I realize prices have gone up but as a consumer I do expect to get what Ipay for. I don 't know if you are shorting your customers as a way to save money or not, but I will not spend my hard earnedmoney at this establishment again. To the team that responded to this review. You asked for more information. I went to thatsite to give more and found it very disturbing that you wanted all of my personal information in order to make it right and toaddress the issues with the management team. You certainly do not need all of my contact information in order to address theissues that I very clearly spelled out in the review. There is nothing you can do to make it right for me, as I stated, I willnot go back to this establishment. In writing the review I was hoping the issues would be addressed so another customer doesnot have these same issues.

Food is very good. Service is fast and friendly. I love this place.

Sadly this Arby's store has had much trouble getting reliable help, and then properly training them. Thankfully their food is franchised prepared, so it's the same or near the same as always has been. However going through the drive through, you need toverify you actually get what you ordered, and then you have to request the condiments that used to normally come with a sandwichor a meal.
