Wendy's - Sumter

The guy at the window that took my order was friendly, happy and respectful. I wish I got his name. Service like that make me want to go back again. On Lafayette. That young man was a sweetheart.

Always enjoy the frosty's from here. They were very nice and service was fast.

I wasn’t a friend of Wendys before this week because I hated their fries. Since this new taste, cooking method, whatever; they did something right to stay competitive! Staff was friendly here in Sumter, SC. Had 3 separate orders in the drive through and all made it to the car with no errors or wasted time. Would return when in area.

Customer service here is terrible. Tried to order my hamburger but the person on the mic kept interrupting what I was saying. I ordered a Double Dave and received a Single Dave. If the person would just listen more orders would be completed correctly and the drive through wouldn't be so long.

My fries were hot because I asked for 'no salt '. However, my nuggets were cold didn 't taste fresh. First time I 've had cold, wimpy nuggets from Wendy 's.
