Subway - Sumter

At first the interior is kinda of depressing and moody, but the customer service is good. The guy making my 2 ham footlongs, took careful time into 3 beautiful layers of ham. I was thrilled at that, because usually Subways will skimp on putting that much ham. The lettuce however, looked a bit old, but nothing I wouldn't eat myself. Overall, I recommend.

Doesn't accept Subway coupons...at ANY Sumter location.Greedy ownership.Avoid and don't SUPPORT until it changes.

Went to the store and the open sign was on. The hours on the door and on google both read they were open til 10pm. However the door was locked and the lights were off.

Not a fan of the new menu and the rotisserie chicken was not good...

The woman who served me was in on her day off and made sure to let me know, she seemed a little upset to be working and skimped on my onions, and said I ain 't cutting no more onions. I found that to be a tad bit unprofessional. She also added extra seasons and oils to one of my sandwiches I didn 't ask for, while explaining to me how she makes her own subs, though I didn 't mind because I like having employees make me subs their own way, I would have appreciated being asked if the additional toppings were wanted. She also gave me free cookies at checkout... It was an unusual experience. Overall I was happy with what I got and gave her a $5 tip.Regardless, Id definitely go back to this location.
