Kfc - Sumter

So put the ads in my head for Mac cheese with huh and they don't do it there. very much not polite about it, first they said that they would not do mac and that they would not do it at all, but allowed it as a side.

Rude customer service... waited until we were finished ordering to let us know they were out of chicken tenders.

The last 4 times I have went to the KFC at Shaw I was enabled to get any food dew to the kids playing in the store that works there or playing with their friends in the drive thur and the other day they told me and others that they did not have any chicken

Absolutely horrible.Have been through the drive through maybe 5 or 6 times in 5 yrs and each time slow and awful.Dry,hard,cold and could not eat.Did not go through for me but twice.The others were for a friend or family member that asked me to after being warned.

Poor comprehension of the mistake they made and how to fix it. Because I would hold up the drive thru, I just paid $19 for 2 fill-ups. SMH
