Great American Cookies - Sumter

I love cookies from this place, but people were not the most patient with me and my two friends. Since it was one of the few times I visited, I will probably come back. Maybe not those in the swamp.

We waited to see what we want, she was there and then Mins later puts a sign that she's gone for 30 minutes. She was there longer, that, came back with an attitude and her food. I do not support rude companies and I will share the others.

I always stop for a slice and its always delicious. And today I called to cancel a order because unfortunately my daughter and I are sick and cannot have our birthday party. Well it was so easy. Within an hour I had an email stating I would be getting a full refund. And then they called me to follow up and make sure I received my refund email. Great customer service and GREAT COOKIES! Always had them at my birthday party growing up! We finally got to have our party and my daughters cake was so cute! Not the best work ever but it was easy to read and had the cutest little unicorn! I'm so appreciative of their hard work. It also was about 30 minutes late just be aware that sometimes they are late.

I used to love coming here to get some fresh cookies. But now they are NOT the same, unfortunately. Now, the cookies taste like they have been sitting out all day and they are not soft at all. Guess I have to find other Great American Cookies to go to.
