Had the pleasure of trying @blackcowbbq this past weekend... Incredibly DELICIOUS! In fact, best I've ever had.
I'm from Texas, so my standards are high. Black Cow is the real deal. None better.
Best BBQ I've ever tasted!!!! What a treat and smoked to perfection!!
