Dunkin' - Summit

About a week ago I walked inside with my 6 month old in the stroller to buy coffee. An employee was cleaning and came between my husband and I and tried to touch my baby?s face. She put her hand in the stroller and I quickly took her hand out and said NO.Very rude. Even to pet a strangers dog you ask the owner, you do not touch someone else?s baby without permission. Especially ifyou are a stranger. I was scared and left. That is no way an employee should conduct themselves.

The place is clean and the service was great on this visit. They did my order exactly as I asked and it was quick.

"Why are the bathrooms closed? It seems like the staff is just being lazy and doesn't want to clean them. They are using Covid-19 as an excuse."

The Dunkin Donuts spot is tidy and has good service. It is a very convenient spot to get some coffee and snacks.

I have always had a positive experience at this Dunkin Donuts, until today. They made a mistake with my order and had a negative attitude when I asked for the correct one. When they finally gave me the right drink, it was only half full.
