Toast - Summerville

I didn't try her breakfast, but her dinner was not impressed. I have cold potato with the worst tasting gravy I couldn't eat and I was charged for it.

Wife ordered green tomato bruschetta. 1. No green tomatoes. 2. No garlic, instead they used garlic salt. The menu specifically said GREEN TOMATOES and GARLIC. Wife ordered sweet tea glazed chicken, it was inedible. My food was great! I had the grilled meatloaf and salad with chicken. The biggest thing that will change the place is bleach. The place felt like there was just layers of dirt on the surfaces.

Good food. We got a waitress who was obviously new and needed a bit more training.

Ordered meatloaf with red rice and asparagus. Up charge for asparagus, 5 little pieces for an extra charge? Red rice was inedible. Wife had a burger since she’s on a Keto diet. Let’s just say the menu isn’t very welcoming for that diet. The coleslaw had overpowering mayo taste. Tried to switch it to collard greens and that was upcharge too. Tried desert, $6 for half a slice of Oreo cheesecake. Ugh. Overall prices were way too high and food didn’t live up to taste expectations.
