The Rustic Muffin - Summerville

Very cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Small, close seating, but still very comfy. The staff is very genuine and friendly. The suggestions they made were spot on. Thank you for an amazing Sunday morning experience! Food: 5/5

I come here because I hate Starbucks and there’s no other shops besides the two. Wrote several reviews about how they obviously don’t hire enough staff, or have an efficient system, because it ALWAYS takes way too long. They never tell me my total when I order, they tell me that they’ll tell me the total when I get to the window. But they don’t even put the items into the system before you get to the window. I got to the window, after waiting FIFTEEN MINUTES was told they forgot what other item I wanted. IF YOU PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM WHEN I ORDERED , you wouldn’t be missing my breakfast sandwhich. I told them Nevermind to my sandwhich because I wanted to leave they didn’t even have my other items ready. So here I am , 20 minutes later, writing a review in the drive thru once again. Because obviously management doesn’t care to fix their service. The people are always nice. It just takes way too long .

I have been hearing nothing but great things about the rustic muffin for years now. This was hands down the best breakfast sandwich I have had in a long time. Being that my husband is very picky, he absolutely raved about his egg and cheese crossanwich?. I'll have to update this if my daughter, who is just as picky love it too. Two thumbs up! This places bagel sandwiches are always so so good! The coffee is good and fair priced! My only somewhat of a concern is it always takes a long time in the drive thru so if I’m in a hurry I can’t always stop however my food is ALWAYS fresh so I can’t complain to much about the time in the drive thru :

The food is really good but they run out of EVERYTHING so quickly. Make sure you go first thing because by 9 or 10 they are out. We have gone several times around 9 or 10 and they are always running low or out of nearly everything. I just think if you are open until 1pm you should have enough made, especially on the weekend where you know you will sell out. And if you order online they don’t put what is out of stock so when you get there they could be totally out.
