Sweet Frog - Summerville

We absolutely adore this Sweet Frog location. It is consistently clean and offers a diverse selection of frozen yogurt and toppings. The outdoor seating area is a fantastic option on a lovely day.

So. Many. Toppings. I really like the set up with the individual flavors, but also has the mixed flavors of frozen yogurt too. It's so tempting to grab the large bowl, pile it to the top with cookies and brownies and cake and not even worry about that they charge by weight.

I visited Sweet Frog for the first time today.The yogurt was really good.However the customer service was not. I ask the cashier to please remove one of the topping because I saw a child using her fingers playing in it.Well, when I turned to leave the shop,i looked back and saw the cashier used a plastic spoon,remove one m&m from the container,I explained to her that I am not trying to cause a problem but we are still in a pandemic.She looked at me and turned her head. This is so sad

Update June 15th, 2022. We decided to give this place a shot again and it was, sadly, terrible. They were open this time, but I said hi to the girl who came around the corner and she didn 't reply. Just said place your yogurt on the scale. The waffle cones were also really stale and it was $39 for 4 of us. I understand raising prices because of the rising costs of everything, but that would be an actual meal out for the 4 of us. I 'd recommend another location or just buying froyo from your grocer and doing it at home. You 'll get better service and it will be cheaper. Came at 12:39pm (Google and the sign said they opened at 12) and they were closed. Edit- this was last week. I just left the review because Google sent me a request to review. We knocked, no answer and there was sign on the door saying why no one was there.

My family and I always have a fantastic time at this restaurant. The cashiers are always friendly and welcoming, and the place is always clean and well-maintained.
