East Bay Deli Summerville

I got the the cranberry turkey crescent sandwich. It had a lot of flavor. I would of like to of had more cranberry added to it but that is just my taste. The place was clean and the service was good.

Like their other locations, this is clean and efficient. This is a big step above any sub sandwich place. So far, unlike most of their locations, I haven’t been here when it is crowded. May be it does get that way, but so far I haven’t seen it. I love the French Dip here, and prefer theirs over other restaurants.

Sandwiches were great! I had the Hot NY pastrami with mustard and pickles on a roll...exactly what I expected and wanted. My boss had the Chicken Charleston and he was a happy guy! I would've given 5 stars but the fries were cold. This Summerville location will definitely become part of our Friday lunch rotation!

It was recommended it me as an alternative to typical fast food. I had the Roast Beef with Au Jus dipping, a salad and a slice of Red Velvet cake. The slice of cake was huge. I asked a couple of times if I hadn't been given too large a piece. Everything was delicious . A bit pricey but I deserved it. Wait staff was pleasant. Not too crowded when I went. Overall, it was nice.

I hate the fact that they put condiment packs inside the plates, on top of the food. I think that it's unsanitary. Food is good but the cooks are not consistent with quality of the foods presentation...toasted bread is not always done properly, sometimes its toasted to hard and sometimes not enough...gonna give them another try tho..
