Cook Out - Summerville

Rude as hell! Placed order went to window, paid handed me my sack and I said thank you have a good d.. and the window was being shut. From Ohio, never been here before and will never go back. Added to our do not frequent list. Food was decent.

Just left spent 20 minutes waiting to order, 10 minutes ordering and spent another 30 minutes waiting at the window for my food. Ordered three trays which they got wrong four times, yet gave me an attitude like I was the incompetent one. First time they gave me two trays not even three, both entirely wrong. I repeated what I ordered. Second time they gave me one correct tray, one wrong tray and didn’t include the burger in the last. I repeated what I ordered yet again. The third time they got the trays ALMOST right (not really lol, just my patience was gone and I wasn’t going to sit and wait and give them yet another chance to perform a basic task only for them to get wrong, they included slaw instead of fries when I had to of said 20 times over the course of my time there “no slaw, double fries” and gave me cheese quesadillas instead of chicken not to mention literally 3 cheddar bites they gave me as an additional added side) I reminded me they had yet to given me my drinks or shake. they gave more of an attitude and started mumbling under their breath until they closed the window and yelling saying I was causing them to get backed up and needed to go. Gave me my teas and gave me the wrong milkshakes (vanilla instead of Chocolate chip mint and strawberry instead of strawberry cheesecake) The only good part of this experience was that he was too busy trying to hand me the wrong foos that he forgot to ask for my card. Which normally given the constant attitude received, errors and waste of my time, I wasn’t going to remind him. Hands down THE worst customer service and mismanaged cookout I’ve been to, not just in the area either but other states as well and I’ve been to quite a few. It’s half a mile from my house and I won’t return again.

We visit cookout quite frequently however we were sorely disappointed on our last visit. We ordered 3 trays. I asked for my son's tray to have a chicken wrap with no ranch and no cheese..it had ranch on it. My sister and my chicken wraps had no lettuce. The biggest problem however was the amount of chicken on our chicken wraps for all three trays. There barely was any! My sister's Sprite was only carbonation. Very disappointed.

All their shakes are excellent double drive-thru so you don't have to wait long either and their prices are good. Everything is getting more expensive these days. Their prices are competitive with a fast food place but the food is better than other fast food places in my opinion.

I normally love Cook Out, but this place does not know how to hire or train good people. First time I came, we were waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes or more with no apologies or warning about the wait. This last time I went, they had me waiting in the drivethrough for 5 minutes with nobody else in the lines, then a car comes up in the second line and they take his order immediately. I told them that they had skipped me and they didn't acknowledge me at all. They were also out of both ranch and honey mustard?? Seems like a small thing but I felt like they were lying to me just to get rid of me. Never coming back to this location again. I work in customer service! It's not that hard!
