Bojangles - Summerville

I would have to agree with the review about those Bo Berry biscuits!!! Whoever wrote this review is right on!!! I experienced the same thing, but I had the opportunity to check my biscuits before I drove away. The women was nice I am not sure if she was a manager but she stated we just turned the oven up the biscuits are not burnt?. Really!!! Woman something is wrong with your eyes. Those biscuits was just like the pic in the review!!! I got my money back and left!!! I have been to the Summerville location before and they were a lot better, but I could not buy the money for bad burnt biscuits. My kids was mad , but come on take the time to give good service so you can keep your job!!! When people provide bad service and show you don’t care you will Eventually see your business will be closed and you will be unemployed!??‍

Even though the drive-thru was closed due to them being short staffed I went inside and was very pleased with the service and meal! Positive attitude all around. ?

I would have given it a five-star but the lady at the window acts like she don't like her job shoving the food in your hand and rushing you through the line

Food is good service is horrible. Big fat girl up in there wants to have a attitude not my problem she works

This is probably the fourth visit to a Bojangles in the low country area. This location was the cleanest, friendliest, fastest. However the third party that they use to do their ordering is slow. When you put your order in and it says it's ready at a certain time, it is not going to be ready at that time. I have gone to numerous Bojangles and never had my order ready when the time was stated on the order. However the manager or the girl in charge at this location on 1-14 2024 was awesome. She was very polite, respectful, and kind.
