Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Sulphur

Best service I've ever experienced at Popeye. Very well managed and clean. Food was hot and tasty and the staff has received our great order with enthusiasm. I live in Cypress, TX, but I have to visit again!

My mother and I sang in the lobby tonight and we had the best experience! The food was fresh and delicious! But that didn't make my experience great! The service was excellent!! The manager, Emily, came to the table and checked us. The crew was happy and committed! This is the kind of place I want to eat!!

I called to complain about my tenders being to thin and full of crust and Ms. Emily answered the phone with such kindness. She corrected my issue and made me feel like my problem mattered! I appreciate that cause it goes a long way these days! Keep up the good work!!

I also appreciated the clean floors and comfortable seating; the tables weren’t sticky at all! It might just be a fast-food place, but we left feeling very satisfied. I was so eager to enjoy the hot, fresh chicken that I didn't even mind losing my thumbprints to it! The only reason I'm giving this place 4 to 4.5 stars is that it was a bit warm inside and the Coke was flat. Thankfully, they had delicious Orange Fanta to make up for it! I’ll definitely be stopping here in Sulfur every time I pass through Louisiana! The staff was fantastic, and I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere they created. This Popeyes is excellent! It's very well managed. Even though it was quite busy, I didn't have to wait long at all. They efficiently organized the lines, both in the drive-thru and inside. The older lady baking cookies was a nice touch. I tried to give her a tip, but I guess they can't accept them. There were two managers on duty, and when they noticed the rush, they jumped right in to help. I loved everything about this place! If I ever pass through this city again, I will definitely stop by.
