Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

Service is subpar most visits. When the food is prepared fresh it's a good burger and fries but the ice cream is still the best in town.

Cute little burger and ice cream place. They have their own grocery store inside. Like a step back into time. Loved it, and kids were very happy!

I usually don’t like doing these. But, today they were not busy at the ice cream entrance they were pretty much busy cleaning up to close in 2 1/2 hours. I got my ice cream and WAITED for someone to come to the register so could pay for my ice cream. Why?! And, shortly afterwards they started coming busy around 8:15 and I also needed milk and it seems like they don’t have enough help at night. Because I waited till I asked someone to come to the register.They need to be trained on customer service because they are lacking it.

First, they took forever on my order and wouldn't have gotten it if I hadn't asked about it after 20 minutes and they didn't even give me the right receipt and gave me the wrong order.

I walked in here bought food and I am completely grossed out about this place. It’s filthy ??? no so nasty in here…
