Piano B - SULMONA

We had reservations for 8pm but arrived a bit early. We had a beer while waiting for our reservation time. Right about 8pm people started coming through the door. We were seated and before we knew it the place was absolutely packed. I’m pretty sure we were the only native English speakers in the restaurant and we loved it! Although our Italian is lacking, the staff never once acted rushed, frustrated, or put off by us. They acted as though service was slow and they had all the time in the world for us. Although not required or requested, they throughly explained all items in the menu for us to ensure we knew what was available. We each had a pasta dish and shared their sausages which was delicious. We had their house wine which was also good. We look forward to going back and trying some of their other offerings which all looked and smelled amazing.

Un locale da non tornarci più. Menù fisso proposto non rispettato, comunque fatto pagare per intero. Antipasto mediocre, pietanze, a mio parere, riscaldato. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30

Vi avviso già che se pensate di andare lì e trovare un posto choc non avete capito nulla!!…ma vi posso garantire che se volete mangiare carne alla brace con i controc….avoli, questo posto è quello giusto! Primissima qualità e sapiente cottura delle carni. Personale gentile e veramente disponibile.Un Plauso al ragazzo della sala che si sbatte veramente tanto e non ti fa mancare nulla! Prezzo più che ottimo devo dire. Se passate di qui credo valga veramente la pena di fermarvi!Consiglio!
