Beardcat's Sweet Shop

After dinner in the upper floor of the fruitinate daughter we drove down to the sweet shop of beard cat to dessert. the gelateria serves coffee and acts as a retail space for the restaurant. it's hard to choose from all delicious aromas and make the dinge harder, they also have gelato sandwiches and popsicles!

When we walked in the house door of the beardcat sweet shop, the gelateria was open about 24 hours. backwaren chef, caroline sherman could have caught a quick nod on a couch somewhere, but otherwise ride on blissful adrenalin. the load had sold 15 gallon gelato on their first day. she radiates like a proud parent while she walks around me and shows me the fall of beautiful Gelato cakes, popsicles, ice sandwiches and the selection of colorful and tasty gelato. we have tasted every one happy and were hard pressed to pick a favorite. five years ago sherman took a job as a host on the famous wild olive on johns island. a year later, she was...read more

Really good ice. salt olive oil was so unique! but we also tried strawberry, chocolate and pistachios. all good and delicious!

The sea salt olive oil gelato is amazing! very unique and was initially quite skeptical, but if they try it, they will wonder why it is not a classic gelato.

I think that's the best ice I've ever had. this product was smooth and tasteful. the ice was not grainy and so tasted fresh.
