I attended a wonderful Saturday morning yoga class at Alceme this week. Carly took the Vinyasa class and it was a hard class but she gave lots of options to use props to make poses more easy to get into for less experienced yogis. The atmosphere was very supportive and relaxed even though it got me sweating on a cold Hobart morning. Will be back for sure!
