Rosati's Pizza - Sullivan

I tried to place an online order and it said they do not deliver to my area so I call and explain that we live in Sullivan and we have had deliveries before.... explained that we did move across town and was told that is probably why that they don't deliver to my street and am put on hold ...then she gets back on the phone and tells me that it will at least be an hour before they get here so I told her that would be fine then she rudely asks me for my address again and whe I give it to her she tells me that I need to spell it out for her (my street is not hard to spell) I start spelling it and she tells me she can't hear me so I raise my voice and she tells me that she can't hear me so at this point I'm basically screaming into the phone and she still says she can't hear me....at this point I hung up because I am not giving my business to any place that is rude or basically refuses me service in the manner that this lady did.

I live in Toronto, Canada and my dad lives in Mattoon, Illinois. Every time I visit I have to get a pizza here. Absolutely incredible pizza. Wish I could visit more often.

Just needed a bite as we were traveling for the day , walked in thinking eh guess we 'll give it a try.. and we were impressed!!!! SUPER friendly staff (even with the cantankerous customers seated next to us ? lol! and THE BEST STEAK SANDWICH EVER!!!

The pizza was really good. The kids and I stopped in for lunch. Parking is a pain.
