The challenge with getting good Bar-b-que from a restaurant smokehouse, is the basic problem of keeping smoked foods hot and juicy.
1st time Ordered half chicken,potato salad,green beans.pick 3 pull pork, chicken,brisket,fries,beans.pulled chicken quesadilla.All was good will come again.
