Firehouse Subs - Suite

After ordering 5 sandwiches, pay and donate to the store. I opened one to see the bread a quarter of the size of the rest. Like it was made for a toddler. I called and the guy said: I'm sorry how the bread was cut, his was long Saturday, so my guys probably cut it short by chance, apology have a good night?. Back to JJ?s!

Good food and the staff is the best! They got the sandwich making business down.

I understand good help is hard to find, but had 2 ladies going 5 minutes without other customers in line I was there, had to ask if I could place a job. Maybe just a day off when the time I was here before I was greeted with better service.

Let me start by saying I LOVE their subs. Best sub there is and it's not all that close. But this location can not figure out my gift card. I bought it from Kroger, and they blame Kroger. I buy TONS of GCs from Kroger, and this single business is the only one that has a problem. I reached out to corporate and the clowns sent me a BLANK replacement GC! Complete ineptitude. I will never be back and that's a shame because their sandwiches are amazing. ? The store is also tiny. Way too small for the amount of traffic they have.

Order and receive food immediately. Great taste! The facility is always clean.
