Whataburger - Sugar Land

Guy asked us to give him a minute on the speakers. 15 mins later still hasn't took our order.... people behind us thinking were taking forever. We said hello again . Then he said csn I takenyour order..... Bad service. 03/14/24 0200

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, just to get are order wrong. The manager did make are order correct 5 stars for making the effort to make it right, but it was to long off a wait for a burger, 25 minutes total. No I won't recommend this

The drive thru at this location has two lanes. The one on the left had already a car ordering food so I went to the one on the right to place my order. I waited for about 10 minutes, then I see another vehicle pulled in to the lane on the left and they took their order while I was still waiting. I went around and to the left lane. I asked the guy that finally answered if the other one wasn’t working because I had been waiting for some time and he was just like “I don’t know, im only using this one” so I was like “oh ok, just so you know the other one is not blocked. You might want to block it so other customers won’t be there waiting like myself.” He was just rude and unapologetic. The guy that handed me the food was nice and actually acknowledged what I said to him.

I’m a Lifelong Customer to Whatabuger -out of 300x visiting various locations around the State I’ve had 4 bad experiences and they were minor other than that it’s my favorite Burger

Extremely clean restaurant. This restaurant is nestled in a cozy place and the service is excellent. The manager to say the least is a very beautiful person who is attentive and offers the choices one can forget from the restaurant's menu. I will definitely be back and visit. Thank you!
