Potbelly - Sugar Land

I have been here several times, but the food handler today was great. He changed his gloves and did not bother using a dirty sandwich knife in wrapping my sandwich. All this was done without being asked. Thank you : Sam's club sells $50 potbelly discount for $37.

All I ordered was a cookie and a shake. The cookie was great and it's a good size for the price. The shake was ok but I won't be getting a shake next time I go.

Had a messed up order. Can’t say anything but good words about how Robert went above and beyond to make it right. In over a decade of coming to this place I’ve only ever had two issues and both times they went above and beyond to make things right. Definitely going back.

This store was the to go store of our familyWe are disappointed for the last 3 times and even today. We order veggie melt and all topings, but we see only onion, tomato and some lettuceNo pickles, peppers, olives. Very disappointed.
