All my food tastes old couldn't finish the crunch wrap because it was hard the feisty potatoes tasted old also its 6 pm on Sunday the services never said hello or come to the front we had to order on the

Workers are friendly, but the food could use a boost in taste.

There was a fight in the parking lot. Reached out to the app customer service survey thing to get a refund and still have not heard anything back. Had to go and order at another taco bell in town, and they forgot a taco on our order. No one has reached out about either incident...

Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window with no explanation other than the girl at the window when we paid saying your order will be ready soon . Then they just stared at us while we waited on our food! No one said anything else at all to us until 15 minutes later when our food was ready, then the manager I 'm assuming came to the window and gave us free taco,soft taco, or Doritos locos tacos with our next order ! Even tho the manager was nice, they should have updated us and given us free tacos or something without it being in our next order!!! This is unexceptionable! Period!

I received my food through DoorDash. I placed my order online and requested no spicy sauce on the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, but it came with sauce. I also asked for three soft tacos, with one having no lettuce and two having no lettuce or tomatoes. Unfortunately, two of the tacos had tomatoes and one had only meat and cheese.
