Best restaurant in Suffield area by far. Top notch food atmosphere and staff!

We lived in Suffield for ten years. Tosca was our favorite spot. We moved away in 018 and visit once or twice a year always picking Tosca for dinner. They never disappoint. Long term constancy is tough to manage in the Resturant business. Tosca has it.

The Wait Staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My Gnocchi with Braised Short Ribs were succulent. It was a pleasure to meet the Chef who was engaging and talked passionately about his food. You won’t be disappointed!

From the moment we made the reservation til the moment we left the restaurant, the staff was friendly, professional, competent. The food was outstanding. Can't wait to come back!
