Bidra med feedbackDue to a recommendation here in the GastroGuide, we were told about this restaurant and had to try it out, we were curious. That's it, because we missed something great. The restaurant is a small treasure chest, with old furniture, antique ambience, castle/Guthof character, simply with a lot of style. In addition, the guest is individually welcomed and served. I definitely recommend a reservation in the high season. Slow Food, regional meat from the neighboring village and fish from Müritz and typical traditional dishes from Mecklenburg are the focus. There is a menu suggestion and additional daily dishes as a menu that can be ordered in this way, but also a combination (at individual prices) is possible. We have been able to enjoy the kitchen and drinks for two days and the aperitif started the whole. On the first evening we were offered as a house aperitif Ramazotti Rosado with Prosecco and basil, followed by the second evening Pim 's Gin filled with Ginger Ale with strawberries, an orange and a cucumber disc. Right, both sounds uninhabited, but tasted incredibly good and refreshing. I'll stay with the drinks. The wines are also very good and at a good price/performance ratio. A skin Faugéres Saint Emilion Gran Cru to EUR 29, or a Sancerrre blanc to EUR 32, perfect. I would like to come to the dishes and not to mention at any gear how good, tool or excellent it was. I confine myself to a description of the dishes for two people: 1st evening: pifferling cream and topinamburse followed by the best of the Damwild (bowl and back) on hosting vegetables with small carrots with two napkins and cranberries and as a dessert chocolate ravioli. 2nd evening: Hooded carnival soup with flowers, Matjestatar, Rumpsteak Strindberg with beans and roast potatoes and as a sweet finish once caramelized goat cheese and a chocolate espresso mousse. Special wishes such as the roast potatoes without onions, for example, are no problem at all. To complete the espresso, I recommend a Zinzow raspberry spirit, soft and fruitful. For the food I give 4.5 stars, just over 5 stars, because you could certainly tickle a little more out of the ingredients. For example, in the topinamburse, there was something lacking in the typical earthy taste. A great combination. There is not much to the official star! Please understand if I only took photos from the entrance and the outside. Photographing just didn't fit in the premises!

This review refers to the hotel and breakfast. It is thought through in the form of a buffet, but up to the smallest detail. Mostly regional products, all freshly prepared and perfectly and lovingly presented. Homemade jam, various breads and breads, freshly baked waffles, of course scrambled eggs on request, various fruits, sausages and cheeses all of the best quality, and much more. A great breakfast. In addition, the personal address of the staff comes, friendly and attentive. A small disadvantage, the freshly pressed orange juice is calculated separately.
Right old villa, cleaned into the hotel. The extensive library is remarkable. Good restoration. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3
Old house, small room under the roof, has been enough. Amazing surroundings and a great park. Thank you. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5
