Prezzo Italian Braintree

Food was good and enjoyed by all. About my only gripe is DONT to pay using the QR code on the table. My bill was for £44 and the took £50, so a complete rip off. I won't go there again.

Service of our main was a little slow but food was lovely. We won't be eating at Prezzo again because they have ALL closed down where we live! And normally we would have to drive into London and pay an extra charge now to go to one, so not worth it

(Atmosphere not so great because we ate outdoors at 4:00pm! It was Father's day so we were expecting some delay. We didn't get it. The service was impeccable (I forgot our waitresses name sorry but she was a star! and the food really, really good salad very fresh/freshly prepared; sea bass spot on; pizzas as you'd expect. Good beers. Wine nicely chilled and in a bucket. Thank you we'll be back. Recommended

Sadly food was cold returned but came bk the same, portions were child size and for the price wasn’t reasonable, cutlery supplied was insufficient for type of food ordered. “Manageress” addressed 2 of my party by ‘darling’ totally not appropriate very patronising

Went for a meal with the family and the restaurant was not busy. Everything started well we were given the menus and ordered the food however that’s where everything went downhill. The service was poor and everything took forever. We finished our meals which I would say was delicious and their calamari has really improved after we were waiting to get our desserts however the employees kept looking at our direction and walking past or they would make eye contact and look away. This kept going for more than half an hour and we literally had to get up and get the attention of someone since they all acted like we were invisible. We finally managed to get hold of someone and even then the dessert took more time to come that we were actually thinking of just walking out because they can’t be serious. I have been here before but this time the service is the worst. Not in a rush to come back anytime soon.
