Eatons Tea Coffee House

The worst fry up I’ve ever had, presentation was terrible and the egg was brown. It was so bad I had to send it all back and go elsewhere. The staff were rather odd too. Not a good experience and definitely won’t be back.

Popped in today to try the place out and left due to the way the manager was speaking to her staff member's, it’s appalling and creates a terrible atmosphere for paying customers to witness as well as image for the business. Certainly wouldn’t recommend or return!

This cafe/restaurant in George Yard clearly has it's regular, loyal clients and it is easy to see why. The food is freshly prepared and served with a smile. Look for the specials board, there are some interesting options like a Stilton,bacon and walnut panini.

Staff is a bit distracted. They didn't filter my smoothie correctly and they didn't know the tea selection when the table next to me order some afternoon tea. Cakes looked good but I didn't try it.

Very very disappointed today after having a good visit a few months ago. We waited over 40 mins for our food and then my husband got his and mine arrived about 25 min later. The jacket potato was black all over but salad was OK. They were very busy but service was awful.
