Verdicchio - Sudbury Canada

I treated my family to Verdicchio's for my daughter's graduation celebration and we had a fantastic time! The staff greeted us warmly and seated us outside under the grapevines. We had a relaxing dinner experience, thanks to our waiter Bob, who made us feel at ease and explained the menu and specials. The ambiance was lovely and the food was not only beautiful but also delicious. We felt truly special during our dinner. It was evident that the staff at Verdicchio's are dedicated to providing excellent service and care for their patrons. Thank you, Verdicchio's, Mark, Bob, and team, for an unforgettable evening! We will definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant for several reasons. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The presentation of the dishes was stunning and the food itself was delicious.

I was so excited to finally try the food at Verdicchio because of all the great things I've heard. I was left feeling a bit disappointed and underwhelmed by the experience, though. The food was just okay, the service was slow, and our server was very monotone and not personable. My dish in particular (penne with braised beef short ribs) left a bad taste in my mouth as the beef was super slimy and not well flavored. I will say the salumi platter as a starter was well prepared and the flavors complimented nicely. The atmosphere is also inviting. All that said, I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

I've lived in Sudbury for 39 yrs and had never gone until a few days ago. This has been the best food, service, and everything in-between. This restaurant will be one that I recommend to anyone

We had a fantastic Italian dining experience for our 5th anniversary! We opted for the 4-course meal with wine pairings and the AAA prime rib was exceptional. The cake at the end was also delicious. The atmosphere was authentic, the traditional dishes were delicious, the service was great, and they had an extensive wine list. We highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion. We are looking forward to returning soon!
