Lone Star Rib House - SUCCESS

Extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered ribs with chicken, Caesar salad, and children's riblets. The main dish was the "star" cowboy plate. The only good things were the lemon lime drink and the waiter service. It took around 30 minutes for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant was nearly full. When the food came, it looked appetizing, but unfortunately, the taste didn't live up to expectations. The pork ribs were bland and lacked any marination or tenderness, relying heavily on sauce for flavor. The chicken breast was dry and flavorless. The Caesar salad had an overwhelming amount of bacon compared to lettuce, and the anchovies were too salty. The entree plate was nothing special, with everything deep-fried and sauces that tasted store-bought. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the food and wouldn't likely return to this restaurant. It's a shame, as I was expecting great food based on recommendations, but it seems the quality has declined over the years.

When the restaurant staff orders food from a neighboring establishment and eats it at a table next to customers, you know there is a problem. There was no smile or a single visit to our table after we ordered appetizers. We decided to leave. The sticky chicken wings were served on wilted arugula and we quickly made our way to the exit. The dining area, toilets, and overall venue were dirty, with tables and chairs in disarray. The employees were impolite and unfriendly. The Lambshak Special for $29.95 was not worth it.

I tried to contact them personally, but even though they have read my messages, I did not receive an answer Only want to express my disappointment about the last night meal. 3 of us came to Mother's Day, spent over $130, just at our half hour meals. We're coming here to eat together to not see each other eat. I understand you're busy, but you should keep the other meals back and serve together. The seat outside was dangerous, the wooden slats are all loose and fall out and I sat on a big nail stick out just ruin a few expensive jeans and bump my skin with a rust nail.

There was 10 of us who ordered at the same time one meal came 20 minutes after everyone else and 2 came out at 30 minutes, most of meals were just warm. No apology for the slow service , it was quiet at that time, when the bill was paid I complained and only got a $20 voucher and still no apology I will not be going back again
