“I recently visited and I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding service provided by one of their cashiers. From the moment I stepped up to order, they greeted me with a warm smile and were exceptionally polite and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions about the menu, offered recommendations based on my preferences, and ensured my order was exactly as I wanted it. What truly stood out to me was their genuine kindness and efficiency, even during what appeared to be a busy time for the restaurant. I don’t know the name of the girl,who make dining experiences memorable and pleasant. Their dedication to customer service deserves recognition, and I hope the management team sees this as an example of the positive impact their staff can have on customers. I will definitely be returning to this McDonald’s location, thanks in large part to the fantastic service. Arrived at this location shortly after 6 a.m., with 2 others and the doors were still locked, my sister was with me walked around to the window, knocked to get the attention of the staff to unlock the door and nobody unlocked the door. This is not the first time we arrived and the doors were still locked, one time it was 6:30 a.m. and the doors were locked.
I have been very critical about this location but it's time to delete old reviews because they have stepped up their game big-time! Courteous and friendly window staff (Cam and Amanda especially! 02-24-24 early morning 12 am delivery driver waiting for atleast 20 minutes in heavy freezing weather -8 .he came to drive through and asked the service man to deliver the food she replied to wait in the zone areas but after 20 minutes she came out and said still it’s not ready .driver call the customer service he replied we busy serving to the drive through people thanks he cut the phone .questions is if the priority goes to drive through first not first come first serve then why double standard remark to use delivery apps in the restaurants ? Sorry to say Totally unprofessional service and request to the customer before u order something there please be mindful u may remain hungry for uncertain time because the don’t respect delivery customer time and delivery driver too .
