If you no longer get the strong deviation from Burger photos of the popular chains to reality, you have to look for alternatives. Hans in Glück tries this with unusual combinations and supplements or sauces. There are two variants of burger rolls to choose from: sourdough and multi-grain rolls, the latter being my favorite. There are several sauces available at each place (Ketchup, Barbeque sauce, etc. . In the burgers you can choose between single and double and at noon and evening special menus. The sprouts are great and if you're on second order a pound of frits. Sauce is available according to choice (my favorite: cut liquor, however, it could also add twice the amount of sour in the large portion. In any case, in many burger variants (including vegetarian variants and various supplements, you have to discover something new every time you visit. The cocktails have names like Hofnarr or Engelstrompete . Various Mojito variants are also available. Durstlöscher without alcohol with various juice combinations complete the selection. The concept reminds me of Vapiano, but with burgers and cocktails. The ambience with birch stems inserted in the space from the ground to the ceiling is lifted and conveys a I sit in the forest and eat a Burger feeling. The services are friendly and striving. Very friendly staff, nice ambience, good food (as you know from Hans in luck) and the prices are also good. The only criticism is the soundtrack, as it was a bit louder during our visit, especially due to the relatively loud music.
