My favourite Tim’s in town. Morning staff is great always a pleasure to see them. Drive-thru is always quick and coffee always tastes what ordered. Best iced Capps also. I do have a comment about 1 staff member in the evening she is not the friendliest but overall I will by pass the Algonquin location and get my coffee there everyday!

Slowly getting back to what your brand was. Hot coffee good eats and fast consistent service.

This is for the kind lady on the drivethru. I ask for a double cup because arthritis in my hands sometimes spasms and I crush the cup. Your kind gesture about the little sleeve doesnt help at all. You cited being recycling conscious and this is great, but YOU are serving in a cup that only the lid is recyclable. I can't control my hands, but you could tell your employer to serve coffee in recyclable cups. Have a nice day.

Unfortunately.....All of Sudburys Tim Horton are 90% staffed by newly arrived Canadians.Hey....I have no problem with that.However..... management does not seem to do the extra training with new employees. Simple , little things.ie: learning our money , change counting etc. Common verbal slang or sayings aren't recognized. Replies said do not make verbal sense.I get it. It's hard for anybody. But management needs to change this and help them.Product wise?Well most Tim Horton stores make great brews.
