Pita Pit - Stuttgart

Just Went to pita pit for lunch and ordered 2 large chicken Caesar’s. a little thrown off by the lady’s tone and unhappiness. It’s like she was annoyed I ordered lunch. Besides the whole experience being rush rush rush I was pretty disappointed when she put 46 little strips of chicken and just broke them all Up for both large pitas. I understand it goes by weight but there was no more than 2-3 ounces combined for both pitas. Then loaded with handfuls of lettuce and tomatoes. And tiny spoonful of cheese. All for 36 dollars!!!! Defiantly will not stay in business with these issues. It’s too bad cause pitas are great! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went into the store this afternoon and we ordered two small pitas- chicken and Buffalo chicken and one soft drink. The prices the order taker charged were 11:49 for the chicken and 9.99 for the Buffalo. They both should have been 9.99. When we brought this to the girl's attention she tried to say it was because the taxes are added into the price. But the taxes are shown separately and the Buffalo pita price was correctly printed on the receipt as 9.99. She insisted that the prices charged were correct, although the look on her face clearly showed that she knew it was wrong. Instead of taking accountability she chose to argue about it. Anyways, she should know better and more importantly she should know to never argue with customers. This is the first rule in customer service. I guess I would have to find another spot to satisfy my hunger next time.

The employees at this location are extremely rude! I have been here multiple times and the customer service is awful! Both of the ladies who were working rolled their eyes at me and continued to sigh after I was being nothing but polite. I understand having a bad day but it seems every time I go into this location these two employees are nothing but unhappy to serve you. I literally walked in and the one girl rolled her eyes and said “what are you getting”? I don’t appreciate this and I can see from other reviews some other customers feel the same way! This has always been my main location due to location. The store is always clean and food is fresh the pitas always taste fresher here. Was in sunday october 29 and both girls were so friendly even with debit machine issues. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The lady that served us was EXTREMELY rude. Not only was short and snippy but also had lots of attitude towards us. Myself and my significant other went to order and she was very hostile. Was rude when it came to not only talking our order but also at the topping station. Eyes being rolled while we were talking, and giving a rude tone. This employee should be fired. Everytime she serves us, she is very rude. I was not impressed at all. I understand having a bad day but taking it out on the customers is not good customer service. This was on Nov 27th around 1:30-2:00pm. Not sure who she is but unacceptable. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
