Bidra med feedbackIf you go to any Dunkin’ often, you know what to expect. This location doesn’t hit the mark 100% of the time but I’ve stopped there a few dozen times over the last 3-4 months.Compared to the locations around me just outside of Boston, they’re far superior which is just shocking.Rarely do any of the other locations get a simple hot coffee order correct. This one in Sturbridge nails it almost every time. Also, to the people or person making their donuts, they look worlds better than any of the spots close to me.They’re larger, they have a healthy amount of chocolate or toppings and are better period. The greater Boston area should take notice, because a truck stop Dunkin’ in Sturbridge is outdoing you.
They tend to be busy as a traveler spot but are constantly hustling. Great manager who keeps the crew having fun and getting it right.
I went to this place early morning to get some coffee and a croissant with cream cheese and cheese. The woman treated me so bad,I asked to put the cream cheese and cheese inside the bread, she threw the bread inside the bag and said I won't do that. She treated me extremely racist because of my accent and nationality. (Im Arab)I believe that the manager should pay more attention to who he hires, being treated like that after a long work trip at 6 am was a horrible experience, I don't recommend this place to anyone
Not sure who is in charge of cleaning this place since it shares space with a Burger King and a convenience store, but the place was kind of gross. I doubt the floors or bathrooms were cleaned in many days. Pretty unsanitary looking.
Driving through I stopped to order two coffees. Guy told me no, you can only order one coffee per person because coffee is really bad for you. I left without ordering my coffee, (I am not going to order coffee just for myself and drink in front of others who wanted it too. . Was all in all a weird experience and I left confused and without coffee. I would advise to stop at another Dunkin’. They are everywhere.
