I absolutely adore this restaurant! My only wish is that they could add soft serve machines to the menu so I can enjoy their delicious freezes even more at Pressed.

Staff is friendly. Cleanse 3 is my monthly go-to. Highly recommend!

If I could give it a 0 star I would horrible customer service and it 's the worst when it 's THE MGR! there was a problem with the app o asked SAMANTHA how to fix she said she didn 't know .... She told me to play around with the app she saw me stand there for at least 3 more mins playing with the app When I showed her that her instructive were false she said again I don 't know I asked for a Mgr she said she IS the Mgr and then asked is there a problem? I tried to explain then I realized I was late to where I was going I asked for a CS she gave it to me and as I walked out she waited to say IN A RUDE SNARKY TONE you can always go to another location there are plenty of them . I told her I would and I also was going to call corporate to tell them what she said. If I wasn 't late I would have returned my SIX JUICES right then and there. THAT MA 'AM IS NOT GOOD customer service you SAMANTHA need another profession job bc CS is not it. Do you tell your white customers to go to other locations ??? Hum..... SHE ALSO DIDNT GIVE ME A RECEIPT and if you scroll down there are OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT HER CUSTOMER service .

I absolutely love pressed. I was in the mood for ice cream and came he for a freeze but they don't have soft served! They only have the premade ice cream you can get from the grocery store. They also have a cute fridge on the right where you can pick up doordash/grubhub and etc. The parking here, just like anywhere on Ventura is very hard to get, in front of the store there is a 10 min space and then two Disability ones if I am not mistaken.
